• Must be 18 or older

• Cannot be a member of the Pathways to a Healthier You Board of Directors or Healthy Living Committee

• Must reside or work in Stephens or Jefferson County

• If there is more than one winner, names will be place in a drawing for the prize

• To be eligible for the drawing for Hidrate Water bottle, must have 100% participated in challenge

• You will have up to 48 hours to answer the questions for each day
