Know and Grow Oklahoma Survey
Pathways to a Healthier You is participating in a statewide project designed to identify the needs of families with children born from 2019 through May 2023 in an effort to develop new or improve existing community resources and services. The project is known as Know and Grow Oklahoma: Building Resilient Children, Families & Communities
The project is funded through a $10,000 grant from the Potts Family Foundation in Oklahoma City for Pathways to bring together a coalition of known providers serving families and kids in our community. The groups then will work with people in the community to engage, build relationships, and collect feedback on what has impacted families with young children due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of the project is to see what can be improved to make the lives of families and young children better in the local community.
